FEB. TEST TAKERS! Over Here :)

Hey guys!

Who is going to take the Feb test in two weeks?!?!!

Hows prep going for you? You feel ready? Nervous?

I have prepped pretty significantly over winter break but then finals came along and I didnt get a chance to even open a book for the ACT for the past two and a half weeks so hopefully I can do some hardcore prepping in the days ahead!

Good luck to everyone :)

Started my "mega-prep week" today. I'll spend the next week doing full-length practice tests, and then the last week before the test reviewing them.

Fool-proof! :D

nice plan! is this your first time and hvae u done any signficant prep before this week for it...im nervous!

First time. Prep's been kinda delayed because of finals, but I'm working through the Crash Course for the ACT then going to take a practice test Saturday. We'll see how it goes :)

I hope it goes well, and is easy...I want to get a 33+ on this one

i got a 29 and i am aiming for 33+...........not so nervous; in fact, i did not even start preparation until earlier this week. I dont know why, but i am just not fretting over it; it is sort of a bad thing i think. I am working through barrons and then the GETTING INTO THE ACT (old book with similar questions).

I'm just starting my crash prep for the ACT aiming for 33+. I'm using the McGraw Hill book, PR book, then the Real ACT prep book. Wish me luck and good luck to the rest of you:)!!!!

I'm using the Real ACT book and Barron's ACT book.

Uh...haven't started. : /

Yeah...I'm a bit late. But I'm taking my exam on the 7th. Its my first time and I'm almost nervous...Then again, I think the college admissions process is a flooze so I'm not taking it too seriously. As for my preparation, you may ask? I'm going to see a hockey game with some friends the Friday night before the test.

-Life Is For Living

I'm taking the Feb ACT too. omg. so nervous man. I'm basically using the same books nofear101 is using. Mcgraw Hill's 11 ACT practice tests, princeton review, red book, the crash course for ACT. yupp. hopefully, i'll get 33+... but im only around 28 now. ahhh.

yep. i'm among with everybody here, it's pretty intense. gone through the PR, looked over Barrons, Kaplan, etc etc. hope i can get a 32+. Good luck to everybody!

first time, so i'm giving it a dry run

I'm taking it! I have been studying with a private tutor and doing lots of practice tests, so I think I'm ready to go. Just hoping to hold it together for the science section!

Yeah, first time taking it. Yikes, its so close!

I did a lot of studying this past weekend, but once i got into the week it's been a lot harder with school. I should be taking a final practice test tomorrow night, and we'll see what happens.

got some studying done over the past few weeks. I'm aiming for a 28+. You?

well ive been studying as much as I can whenever I had time. I aiming for a 30ish. This is my first time ever taking it "officially". im so nervous.

I remember beginning my prep early in december...with my first kaplan test score being a 24...without ANY prep. not great. but i definitely think ive gotten somewhat better since then...

lets hope. what are u guys doing for last minute prepping?

Hmm, well tomorrow I will look over the practice tests I have taken recently. 2 math sections and an english. I will also go on actstudent and do their practice problems to get centered. Good luck to you guys!

well, right now,im doing some drills. Probably focus on english and math more than reading and science.

I took the December one and got a 30. I'm accepted to college already, but I'm retaking it in an attempt to get a 32 to help me with scholarships. And because I did horrible in math compared to my other scores (26)
