I know this thread was created before, but I just got my Open House packet in the mail and made my hotel reservations and RSVPed and everything for the February Open House and I'm too excited to hold it in! i was just wondering if any other CC EA Acceptees were planning on attending the February Open House? Hehe, it's so fun getting mail from them! Tho still no Christmas card...maybe they didn't send em out to us Bay Area Hoyas, eh Calidan? Those slackers in the CA admissions office...too many qualified applicants to deal with...lol, jk.

Anyway, just wonderin if anyone else is going...

Btw, I'm also super excited cuz I'm going with my school to Close-Up for the Inauguration week after next and I'm gonna visit Gtown on my free day, hehe! Lemme know if any of you want me to fill you in on what I see...

Yeah snowfaerie, I think i'm gonna go in February. I'm contemplating waiting until the April ones though because of the weather. However, as of now i'm leaning towards visiting in February and i'm also very excited.

Well February would be fun because it's only EA acceptees, but then again, I would want to meet everyone, and the weather would be nicer in April.

Luckily I don't have to make that decision since my mom won't let me go... wait, that's unlucky. :(

I'm leaning towards going.....but you knever now. (wow, I'm dyslexic while typing)

Well it's cheaper flying from the midwest vs. the west, right? You should go if you can- I hear it's a blast.

i'd really like to.....it's just a question of getting the $ together to go

Yep- same here. And my mom doesn't wanna dole it out (since I already visited).

I decided today that i'm going to go in February, i think it would be good to get one last look at the school when its actually "functioning" as opposed to when i visited in summer and didn't see anything really happening.

I RSVPd for February and am planning on going. My parents refuse to make hotel reservations though.

what are you gonna do then? You gotta stay somewhere....

They say that there are always spots in hotels for people who just walk in and they're usually cheaper.

^ Oh man. That's taking a chance. Usually DC hotels are pretty booked.
