Fedex hijacked our media

I am a film maker based in california

i sent 5 fedex envelopes with original media files to a local fedex depot in sun valley, ca, on saturday for delivery first thing monday morning

after calling me on saturday at 4:30 pm to ask if we had shipped these envelopes and getting a positive reply from me, by 5:30 pm apparently fedex had decided that our account had had some form of fraudulent activity (that they refuse to discuss, document or reveal), so they posted a “delivery exception –undeliverable package” refused to deliver any and all of our packages as requested and sent the envelopes to memphis.

There was no one to discuss this issue with fedex over the weekend and when we were able to contact the fedex security manager on monday morning, we were told that the questions we were asking about our time-value packages (why, where, when) would not be answered and the packages would be returned to us or arrive at their proper destinations one day late.

Still nothing...

May i suggest that there must be a better way for fedex to deal with us and our valuable media drives?

Clearly, fedex has no idea what that way could possibly be.

The title was much more sensationalistic than the truth, which would be “Fedex delayed our package.” And here I thought this was something about massive bribes to news corporations.

What happened to you is unfortunate, however, this isn’t really the place to post it.

Good luck on getting your package delivered.

when you posted the packet, you must have received a number, probably , like 1234 1234 1234. get this number and track your packet on the internet

just write at google fedex tracking and input your number and then search, and you can find where your packet is
