Fee Waivers

To all you international students with fee waivers: what exactly is a guidance counselor supposed to write about your financial situation and how long must the letter be? please help...

well...I didn't know either what to tell him to write. My letter was absolutely short[less than 3 lines]... saying that the application fee would represent a financial hardship considering my family's income of $X/ per year. that's all. don't know if it's the best way to write it.... so far I've only sent one with my ED app and they've considered it. I think it'll be ok for the others too.... or at least I hope so :)

thanks... i think ill do the same... :)

ok...good luck.... ;)

thanx........

Lakshmi, what's your ED school?

Brown.... :D
why? :p

just wondering.................................... lol

:D hey.....I was joking :p
about 9 days left...that is if I get my pin to see the results online by that time...if not.... waiting for mail.. :(

oh that's exciting! all ivy results come out at the same day right? I think Columbia's one (or brown or dartmouth.. cant remember) came out first. And everyone was posting their results in that format thing that cc ivyers do.. And i was in shock cos it was like '800 800 800 rejected' lol
(oh i'm not trying to make you nervous or anything..) best of luck for brown!!!
