Feeling quite dead right now.

I don't know where the heck I am going to go to school and I don't know where I should apply. I've lived all over the world (Jakarta, Tokyo, Yokohama, Manila, Fairfax VA), and I'm going to be applying from Kiev, Ukraine; my parents work for the State Dept. I'm an okay student (9th grade: 4.0, 10th: 3.71, 11th: 3.66) going to a tough public school (WT Woodson). I've taken 9 honors/AP courses through three years, 3 APs; unfortunately, because of graduation requirements and the lack of honor classes, I'm only going to be able to take one IB at my new international school. My SAT scores are okay (Old one: 750V, 540M, new one: 730CR, 610W, 550M) (will retake), could be a lot better. I was a Class Officer in 10th and 11th grade, and probably will be one in Kiev, and am in NHS and History Honor Society (yeah, I know, pretty lousy extracurriculars). I'm a pretty good writer which will help me on the essays.

So, if anybody reads this: What are my chances at Dickinson, and does anybody have good 'fit schools' for me?
