can someone please help, i'm really doubting myself :( and i have a lot of regrets. i just want the truth from your guy's point of view

You'll definitely get into at least one of them. I'm assuming you're in-state, so that really gives you a leverage in the admissions process. I'd say all of those schools are matches except for USB, UCLA, and USC. Make sure your essays and recommendations are sweet.

anyone else have an idea? i do live in california, i live in a low income city, i qualify for free lunch and all that junk my parents didnt go to college, but my brother goes to ucsd

GPA is pretty good. SAT's definitely on low side.

ucla: reach. honestly, probably no
ucsb: in
ucsd: match
uci: match
ucr: in
ucb: high reach.
ucd: in
ucsc: in
usc: i'd say reach. GPA is 3.5 that's low for USC. and SAT too low too.

get your scores up and you'll be fine. gd luck

Your chances seem pretty low at all of them. With the exception of ucsc and ucr. This is due to the fact that you have taken no AP classes whatsoever.

yeah i was a trouble maker freshman year i didnt really care about school, then i transfered and got a fresh start

They require you to send them all your grades, including the ones during freshman year.

200 hours of community service

Thats great but what you really need are leadership positions. e.g make a club and really do some thing with it. Continue your community service, but don't overindulge. Better yet, take over CSF and do community service as the president, thats killing 2 birds with one stone. However, you have to compete to be club leader.

Well, its not going to get you into the top UCs,(e.g UCB, UCLA, UCSD). But I don't see any problem in landing a middle tier UC. If you want to go to a top UC, then you have to improve your SAT score in addition to the aforementioned.
