Feeling weird? March 10th?

<p>could someone explain to me the differences between the Catholic religion and the Episcpalain religion? i know they are both branches of Christianity</p>

<p>Episcipalian (I can’t spell it) or Anglicans as I think of it are protestants. CatholiCS have the pope and anglican ministers can be woman and they can get married. There are heaps of technicalities

<p>okay thanks, just skimming the article quickly has already helped! so if i went to a school where there was an episcopalian church, i would be okay then, in the sense that it wouldnt be all that different.</p>

<p>I’ve been raised a catholic by my dad and an anglican by my mother actually but I’ve gone to anglican schools my whole life and now view myself mainly as an Anglican. Until I was about 9 i went to church as a catholic. The difference is basically non existent in practice at least at a school.</p>

<p>Christian, but everyone at my school is “umm…Christian” or Catholic with some Atheists/Agnostics, or “nothings” <which i don’t really get. there are a few buddhists and 2 muslims in a school of 1300. well thats what u get for living in the bible belt south</p>

Islam is a religion, as is christianity, judaism , buddhism, hinduism–any religion you follow whether you follow one or not is your own personal thing, your own beliefs, etc… and muslims are being stereotyped. Just because a certain group of people who happened to be muslim did something they so called “believed” was valid in their religion, does not give anybody the right to blame everybody who follows that religion. </p>
