<p>ok so i just talked to the main admissions at chapman and they actually said it will just say admission approved whether you got rejected or accepted, all that means is that they are done with your file, They also said that they will not change it on webadvisor and the only sure way is to wait for the letter in the mail…so basically webadvisor is only good to know that your letter is coming. LAME</p>
<p>David May confirmed “Admission Approved” means you have been accepted. If you haven’t been accepted or there is a much more complex decision for you, such as you’ve been placed on a waitlist or been admitted for your second choice, it will read “Decision Complete.” Of course, I’d wait for the mail to arrive but it does mean you have been accepted!</p>

And I wouldn’t be too worried about the GPA, because the average is a 3.4 for film and I’m sure they turn down people who have a higher GPA because they lack the creativity which it seems you have…I’m worried for my video. If you dont mind me asking are you a guy or a girl…</p>

I’m pretty sure they would be going in alphabetical order because her last name started with a “C”…what does yours start with? Mine starts with an “F” so I’m guessing it should be pretty close to changing. We’ll see…yay I just asked about the “guy/girl” thing because one counselor said that Monkarr and I had an advantage cause we were girls and only like 10% of film production is girls…but then again, maybe they want to keep it that way, i don’t know. Hmmm, well I will check my status when I get back from work and before I go to class tonight (bio lab yay) and let you guys know if anything changes.</p>

So checked it again, and no change. Seriously awful…haha…and yes I am transferring in as a junior (if accepted) I’m done with 60 units and have my AA (in june). So all I really need to do are my major classes

<p>i have around 56 units by the end of the semester. do you know any other people that had their status changed? theres this one guy on youtube thats a transfer, and he said he got accepted. i dont know if that means he got his letter or not…</p>

<p>I can probably stay in LA and commute to Chapman, but the only thing that might be a problem is working on productions. I’ll probably stay in LA for the first semester and see how things go. If I’m needed on campus to work, I’ll probably just move down. I don’t mind, I’ll enjoy the atmosphere. I’ll try to find an apartment though, I won’t be dorming.</p>
<p>Just thinking about all of this makes me so happy. I belong in Chapman.</p>
