<p>I recently got accepted to UCI as a Film major.
Does anyone know how good their film program is and whether it is renowned?
Do they focus on film theory or production?</p>
<p>I'm struggling on deciding whether to go to UCI or UCSD (which doesn't have my first-choice major)</p>
<p>^ I'm not really sure but I do know it's in the school of humanities right?
It's a good program, I know some people who do drama with it (cause they want to be in showbiz) although UCI isn't known for their Arts program, lol.</p>
<p>^ yeah its in humanities, but i'm not sure what do they teach about film</p>
<p>^Focus is on theory/criticism, rather than production.</p>
