<p>Hello</p>
<p>Since I'm in my Senior year of high school I have been regularly researching schools that I would like to apply to. Since the three that I really would like to apply to are all reach schools I obviously need to find some schools that are more within my reach. Unfortunately I don't have very high SAT scores (1470 total) and am still considering retaking them again, and I will be taking the ACT's in October. I don't know my exact rank but would definitely say above top 25% and again I don't know my GPA but would say 3.5 or higher (UW)</p>
<p>I have found some to consider and was wondering where exactly I should place them. </p>
<p>I am currently thinking of ideas for a film to add to my portfolio when I apply, and as soon as I have the perfect film I will begin to start filming.</p>
<p>The schools I have on my list are:
- NYU
- BU
- Emerson</p>
<p>I have also started to consider these:
- Syracuse
- SUNY Purchase
- C.W. Post
- Columbia College (Chicago)</p>
<p>I guess I could apply to the New York Film Academy, but since it is only a 1 year program, and I wasn't that impressed with the place when I did a 4-week summer program with them, I don't think I will.</p>
<p>I would appreciate any type of suggestions or information you can give about these schools.</p>
