<p>Does the NET UCSD cost include Tuition? It says the Total UCSD cost is $16,977, when I thought it was at least 23k.. any help?</p>

<p>And if anyone can provide any additional comments or information on Fin. Aid? What does 'Possible Cal Grant A' mean?</p>
