Im the undergraduate from the CSU, just notice that the office cut me half amount of the award. i guess maybe its because im currently enrolled in just 6 credits.actually i have 3 more classes on the waitlist which is very likely to get in, single digit. So, anyone who are familiar with this case, could you tell me if i should call the office or just let em do the adjustment work ?
btw, im the new transfer from community college, and i used to pay for the credit i enrolled, for example, part time 6 units only cost 6 times 200+/units. whereas in the csu system they seem like to charge 5800 a year not matter how many classes you are in which really surprising me! is that maybe why people are working so hard for the last 2 years? lol anyway, thank you in advance!
Yes, half time student means half financial aid. If you add credits, follow up to make sure the adjustments are made.
thanks bud. but on the web i saw the issue date for my aid is on 8/18, i don’t know if its too late to fix it, but i already sent em mail.
When is the last date to be allowed to ADD courses? If you become full time by that date, you MUST go to the financial aid office to see that your aid aligns with the %age of enrollment you are taking.
If you end up with less than a full time courseload, you will get less than full time financial aid.
is the grant check always come after the add date u saying? that make sense because ppl always changing at the first couple week of semester. and for the csu i taken the disburment date is 8/18, so i dont know if anything can be revised if check been issued.
