I have been admitted to the uni of Michigan, but I haven't filled in or submitted any financial aid documentation (I haven't recieved an official letter in the mail yet, only on my account). As I'm an international student, what should I do to apply for scholarships\awards? Do I need to submit a PROFILE on collegeboard.com?

I found the following:
"April 30: Priority Filing Date. The University’s Office of Financial Aid must receive your FAFSA and PROFILE records by this date to consider you for all aid programs. "
and
“About the CSS/Financial Aid PROFILE:
1.Complete the PROFILE application online at
https://profileonline.collegeboard.com/index.jsp.
2.Be sure to list U-M’s CSS Code 1839. The PROFILE costs $25 for the initial application and one school report. Each additional school report costs $16.
3.To be considered for all aid programs, our office must receive your PROFILE record by January 15, 2011.”

But I can’t submit FAFSA cause I am not a U.S. citizen, and deadline for international students was February 1…

The following is from the University of Michigan website. The way I’m reading this…most international students do not qualify for need based aid at UMich…but I could be reading this wrong. See if you fit any of these descriptions.
