FINAL LIST - yay or nay?

Alright so I was wondering if this is a solid list of schools that you all think I should apply to be guaranteed at least one school and possibly get some options?
* Purdue U
* U Arizona
* U Illinois Urbana
* U Maryland Coll Park
* U Mass Amherst
* U Minn Twin Cities
* U Washington
* U Wis Madison

GPA : 3.15uw
SAT :
Math - 700
CR - 660
W - 610

Did not take SAT II's

Mediocre EC's with one being MIT-Harvard Math Competition / Captain / High Scorer

Amazing Recs

Location : California

Intended Major : Computer Science (except at Illinois which i would apply for Math/CompSci in the LAS school not CompSci in engineering)

Is this a solid list or should I add more safeties or another couple of schools that would offer something that I have not foreseen...looking for some fun schools with strong compsci programs.

Thanks!

You'll very likely get into UMass Amherst but not into any honors program.

do you think theres any honors programs at the other schools that id have a shot at?

try UC Santa Cruz.
They have a pretty strong comp sci program, and your instate, so although your gpa is a bit low, you have a strong chance of getting in.

yeah i considered all the UC's, i havent been instate very long so i dont think i qualify for instate tuition, plus im not fond of californians

whats wrong with ppl from california?
were a laid back folk.
whydoes everyone hate ppl from california?
haha
well, UCSC is more of the "hippie" school, among californians it is known to be more hippy than cal. So the people there are by far not your stereotypical california people.

your gpa is a bit of a problem, but i can definitely see U of A, and UMass accepting you..

my gpa is the product of mostly circumstances
