<p>Looked at my son's account today and it still shows a balance for housing and tuition even though fee invoice shows a zero balance. When does UCF do a final tally of sources of payment (scholarships, Fla Prepaid, etc) and subtract that from expenses (tuition, dorm, books) and show net balance?</p>
