Hi guys/gals ....

How is the financial aid at St. John's? Considering it is such a small school, would they be willing to finance someone with an EFC of zero?

Thanks!

It varies widely. I have friends who get great packages one year and then the next year get really bad ones (but then take a year off and get an amazing one the next year). I personally haven't heard of an EFC of zero anywhere around, but I think it would have to depend on your family's circumstances. The financial aid for upperclassmen at least, is really a crap shoot, it varies a lot based on when you get your paperwork in and things like that. The only advice I can really give you is to try for it and see what you get.

I applied to the Santa Fe Campus for the Class of 2012. Well, I was accepted and they met my full need but the loans were too much for me. I would have to pay 5k per year and the loans were about 8k per year. For an intl student asking for aid, that is a problem.
