<p>I am planning on transferring to the Wharton school and might need financial aid. In all honesty does anyone know whether or not applying for financial aid will disadvantage my application in any way. The university will say no if I ask it, but I see things differently. </p>

<p>So if I don’t apply for financial aid then I could be at an advantage? Could it be possible- all hypothetical of course - to apply for financial aid AFTER I get into the university? Advice?</p>
<p>No^ Penn has limited aid for international students and they’re only eligible to apply when they enter the school. So it’s best for you to not apply for aid unless you really cannot afford it.</p>
