Today, a lot of students were posting on Facebook about how Tulane has posted financial aid packages on Gibson (under Financial Aid > Summary of Current Status), so I looked at mine, and noticed that it says I still need to send a few things before they can offer me anything. It asks for a copy of my W2 and tax return for last year. I didn't work last year, but there's nowhere for me to check or anything to say that I don't have a W2 or tax return. Is this something I should be concerned about? I understand that not all aid packages will be posted at once, but does anyone know if this will legitimately keep me from getting an offer?

Just talk to the financial aid office. They can clear up anything that still needs to be done or correct any mistakes in the system. Just be patient with them, it is their busiest time of year.

Fill out this little gem and you’ll be all set. :)
