<p>Hello....i'm filling up the International Financial Aid form, and i'm applying to colleges that do offer need-based aid (up to 100%) to int. students. i was wondering if it matters whether these colleges would consider the caliber of student we are before giving us the fin. aid. like suppose my cum. GPA is a bit below 3.4, my SAT is just below 1300, and the amount of aid i'd need is 28,000... is it POSSIBLE for me to receive this amount or would the colleges downright reject me....plz be honest. lol.</p>
