<p>I'm an international applicant, so I was kinda worried about the belief "if you ask for aid, you won't get in (even in need-blind schools!)", so I didn't send in ANY Financial Aid forms.(My stats aren't stellar(!!), so I didn't take any risks)</p>
<p>Although my parents can afford to send me to college(it'll be worth most of their savings, though), I was just wondering if colleges give a scholarship/aid, etc. to someone who hasn't applied for aid AT ALL? (I have to pay back my parents when I get a job:) -jk...well, actually not so sure if they're serious or not:( ) </p>
<p>Oh, and could someone apply for aid AFTER he/she gets in? Like in their soph. year or something...(I heard that some schools state clearly that you can't ask for aid AT ALL once you check the "no thanks, i don't need aid" box.)</p>
