I got a lot of financial aid from my top school, but the only problem is I'm waitlisted. Does this mean I'm likely off of the waitlist if I receive a lot of financial aid? (This is for a UC school by the way)

Also, the financial aid was in grants, so does this grant cover everything, including housing, lunches, food, textbooks, etc.? Thanks

Were you given a financial aid package from the school as a waitlisted student? If so, I would imagine it will stay the same if you get off the waitlist … that money has already been “promised” in the package you received. If you did not actually get a package & are assuming your awards from some other means (such as a net price calculator), then my answer is, “I don’t know.”
