<p>I got a big manilla folder from Office of Student Financial Services about Financial need. Should I still be waiting for a letter to say that they have recieved all my information?</p>
<p>Son got the financial aid packet today also. We got a letter in January that they had received everything. About financial aid, though, I wasn't going to file for it but people on CC are advising to do it. Seems like a waste if you don't want a loan but I don't want son to get rejected if they don't know for sure he can pay. Just seems like a lot of time/work for nothing.</p>

<p>Would it be best to see if they have all the information now, or just wait till I get the letter? Because I don't want to wait until the 15th to discover they don't have it all. My teacher rec was sent certified, but they didn't give her confirmation, so I'm a little worried if that actually arrived, which could possibly be delaying the mail saying what had arrived because they are still expecting that and waiting to see if it isn't just 'in the mail.'</p>
