Financial Aid Help!

I don’t get why BC says they didn’t get my fafsa yet, when some other schools say that they did. I finished it on January 12th.

Also do I have to submit a student 1040 because I sort of don’t have one and it says it’s a required document. What do I do?

my experience with schools is that they download the info at different times, for example I finished my Fafsa in January and some colleges didnt download the information till first week in February.

i have the same problem also...it says on my agora FA site that it has not received my FAFSA

should i call the school and ask them what's going on?

Email them, because they are pretty swamped right now. I know I had to email one of the colleges about the fafsa, because it said they didn't have it. I got a reply within 24 hours.

I called BC’s student services office yesterday. Their first download of FAFSA info didn’t work so they are doing it again. He said not to worry- If your FAFSA info says they sent the results to BC then it’s all good.

I was just going to come on here and ask a similar question-I know I sent it but they don’t have my fafsa yet. Thanks for the info, westernhillsmom!

My FAFSA was finally downloaded 2/28.
And I just realized this weekend that I also needed to submit the non-tax filer statement in order for the Student 1040 thing to be checked off.

what is a non-tax filler statement?
