Do people on the waitlist for UPenn receive a financial aid statement? One hasn't come in the mail and I can't find one on their website. It would be very hard to be able to choose a college if I don't know how much money I'm going to receive if I do get in (which I know is slim).

Don’t quote me, but I doubt they’ll complete a financial aid statement for those who haven’t been accepted yet. In Penn’s mind (even though I’m sure you would like to have a statement just so you can rule it out if it is too unaffordable), that would be a total waste of time considering a small portion of those wait listed will get in.

If you are accepted, I’m sure they’ll post it with your acceptance, so you don’t have to worry about not having that information for when you decide which college you’ll attend.

Dear tmanneopen:

Financial Aid Awards are only issued to those students who are admitted into the University of Pennsylvania. If you are admitted, an award will be issued to you.

Thank you,
