If Accepted Off of the Waitlist, When Does Financial Aid Info Arrive?

<p>Hi everyone,</p>

<p>How are you notified if you're accepted off the Waitlist? If admitted off of the Waitlist at Penn, do you receive notification of financial aid at the same time? Or does financial aid info come later? I am trying to convince my friend to stay on the Penn waitlist, but her parents are concerned that, if she is accepted off the list, she may have to say "Yes" or "No" to Penn before receiving financial aid notification. It sounds ridiculous to me!!</p>
