<p>I did a calculator and they estimated that I'd only have to pay 2.7k as an out of state student. They calculated the price as an out of stater, so is that a relatively accurate depiction of the net cost? </p>
<p>I know it isn't a guarantee but is it a safe bet that UNC would be affordable for me?</p>
