Financial Aid Papers in Admissions? Urgent. Please help.

I have had problems getting my own tax info done. I work and my parents work. My parents have just been able to get their taxes done today and I haven't been able to get my W2 yet because of problems in sending it (to the wrong place, wrong time, I didn't work for a period of 6 months).

Anyways, I am not in my parents taxes, but I'm still sending my W2, as is necessary to my schools.

Some of my schools have a March 1 deadline to send IDOC. If it is a few days (a week max) late, will my chances for admissions be affected?

Should I email, call, send a letter, or do all of these to inform them it will be late?

Financial aid has no basis in admissions as far as acceptance/rejection goes (so don't worry about that aspect of it). And even if your papers are a tiny bit late, I highly doubt they're going to penalize you severely by not giving you any financial aid. I don't really know how necessary it would be to contact them at all, just send your stuff in asap and you should be fine.
