<p>Checking <a href="http://finaid.case.edu%5B/url%5D"&gt;http://finaid.case.edu&lt;/a> I saw that my financial aid had been decided, but then when I clicked on the link to view the information, it told me that I was not authorized to view that page.</p>

<p>Confused, I called the Office of Financial Aid and was essentially blown off and told that they couldn't do anything about it. That kind of upsets me, since I've had a bad run with the Case administrative staff in general, and they weren't willing to share my information over the phone or provide any sort of assistance.</p>

<p>Is anyone else able to view their financial aid stats by logging in through briefCase?</p>

<p>Mine was not available online even though I submitted it. However, When I visited the campus the finacial aid officer was able to recall it from his computer system. He said they were having trouble with the online system.</p>
