The FAFSA is under maintenance right now, right? Because I can't access all my account.

My parents did not work and will not file a 2011 federal income tax return. They're retired and get money from SSI, yet one of the forms for the UCSB financial aid office asks me to provide W-2 statements for all sources of earnings for 2011. I have no idea what this form is.

I also did not file a 2011 federal income tax return and did not work that year and got no source of income. I'm also asked to provide a W-2 statement for all sources of earning, which is zero.

I have no idea what this is and my parents don't speak good English. Help?

I’m going to UCSD and the fasfa checklist has a dependent worksheet that I need to fill out and submit to the school when giving them my tax verification documents. This was available through myapplication site when I am viewing my financial aid info.

I am not sure what you should do because you said they did receive income from SSI, best option is to talk to the financial aid office before submitted anything.
