i want to accept my bright futures but i don't know how to cancel the loans?
it only gives me a single option at the bottom of canceling ALL aid.</p>

<p>Either just wait or contact financial aid and ask for help. On my daughter’s financial aid on ISIS under “Awards and Disbursements,” each loan award had a little drop down menu under it in the middle of the page for each semester, and she was able to click “cancel” on each of the little drop down menus to cancel that loan for that semester.</p>
<p>You might also try going to that page using a different internet browser. We use Chrome. But the browser you use can affect which options you see on the page.</p>
<p>If all that fails and you don’t want to wait to see if the page updates to give you the option, you can contact UF Financial Aid using a telephone … I know … so last century. They should be able to help straighten it out for you.</p>
<p>Do we have to cancel the loans for them to not actually give it to us? I was thinking of just keeping it there and doing nothing even though I don’t plan on taking them.</p>
