<p>Ok, so I got the email for financial aid, followed the link and checked for my awards, but the site says that my awards have not been processed and that no documents have been received. I submitted FAFSA in early January to all of my schools, so I'm not sure why it says that. Anybody else have this problem?</p>

<p>My D’s Financial Aid package was posted to the UMD Fin. Aid site last Saturday. The amount offered for an OOS student is a joke!</p>

<p>I was discouraged when I saw my D’s financial aid package.
This is her top choice & package included all loans.
My EFC is much lower than cost of UMD. I thought this was a best value school.
D was accepted to the scholars program & she was so excited, sadly this school is not affordable for my family. OOS tuition is over 35K. Local college ranked similar & offered a scholarship. We will only pay 18K (tuition/room & board etc) per year in state.
I would love for my D to attend UMD however unless something changes this cannot be an option.</p>
<p>So I checked my status a few days ago, and it turns out that they never got my FAFSA, so I had to resend it. At this point, I’ve given up on aid, and it looks like I probably won’t be going to MD. It was my top choice before, but it’s way too much out of state.</p>
<p>Can someone post/PM me a link to the financial aid site? I don’t think I ever got an email about it…</p>
