Salaam.
I am a student studying in Roots college, Pakistan. All of my classmates deemed useless taking the SAT exam and having maths in the subject list, despite being a pre medical student. To us, the only safe haven for medical colleges are those in pakistan; which are good but it seems unfair to limit our aspirations to this. Thats why Im a staunch believer that WCMCQ is THE best opportunity, given the cohesive 6 year med programme and the financial assistance.
I wanted to make sure if having four subjects (namely Bio, physics, chemistry and Maths) are enough. And if 1930 in the SAT is sufficient for getting admitted AND receiving assistance?
Should i apply for summer to build a CV or should i do something more worthwhile such as hospital internships?
And what else should I do to stand a great chance of getting admitted AND receiving aid?
And does the HBKU offer aid to students of the 6 YEAR GRADUATE PROGRAMME AS WELL?
