If I apply for FA, but don't complete the scholarship applications, am I going to receive any aids? I can't write anymore essays:(

The thing that is good about the scholarship applications is that they show "demonstrated interest". I would recommend completing them. You may find that there is a way to use essays you've already written with some change.
As bizarre as it sounds, asking for money is a way that Wash U. sees if you are interested in them.

I am only eligible for two or three so I think I will work on it, thank you! Anyways, if I don't receive any of these awards, are they still going to offer good amount of financial aids? I am from a low income family.

They still could. It really depends. But yes, as long as you submit financial information you could get need-based aid.
