Financial Docs?

Hi, so this is probably a stupid question...

I have to upload my parents' 2012 tax return onto my UChicago account. Does this mean I upload the ENTIRE document (10+ pages, including stock investments, etc.) or do I stick to the first two (the ones that show AGI, etc.)?

Upload everything that was submitted to the IRS, including all schedules and forms that were required.

Ok, thank you!

Hey, I was just wondering on the UChicago Application Status, it says to complete a “Profile” under the Financial Aid section. What is this? Is it the same thing as “CSS corrections?”

It is the CSS Profile. That is a College Board service. The Profile needs to be sent directly from the College Board (for a fee, of course). If you have already sent them the CSS Profile (for example, if you applied early), but you need to make corrections you should contact the financial aid office and find out how they want the corrections submitted.

Also, you will need to submit the FAFSA by 2-1.

Under the FA Tab they asking to fax the 2012 Tax info, where you see to upload it to their site.
I prefer upload since its much easy then to FAX so many pages.

Why do FAFSA and the CSS Profile have to be submitted by February 1st if the first day that you’re even allowed to file your taxes is January 31st? This doesn’t make much sense to me.
