<p>^Only if the school select you for verficiation. You should have the following documents ready:
- 2012 tax returns
- Supporting documents to file your tax returns
- Statements of your family’s assets to show the assets’ values on the date you file your FAFSA.</p>
<p>Has the school already requested the documents? Is the document request based on the fafsa or css profile? Schools know parents won’t have 2012 taxes done until early February. That’s when you normally have to send in fafsa documentation if chosen for verification or profile documentation. And yes, it’s for a full year. If a school is making a request you don’t understand call or email them and only send in what they request.</p>
<p>Edit: Didn’t notice until now that you’re from Tunisia. I don’t know much about requirements for internationals but yes, they will likely want detailed info and for a whole year.</p>
