Find money for my education (loan?)

Hey there, I am from Greece and I want to study abroad but my family and I can barely make it. So I am trying to find a way so I can pay for my studies.
I want to study mostly in England, about equine science and equine physiology.
Our income as a family is very low so I think that will help me more.
Does anyone got a loan or can give me a hand on this as I am on my own and I would appreciate some help.

Are such programs not offered in Greece?

I don’t think so but i’ll ckeck it.
I think that the country that you want to study, gives you the loan, not the one you live now.

Well, that may be how it is in Europe, but you won’t be getting any loans from US schools or government.
