<p>So, I was checking out to see when decisions for my RD colleges will be released, and all of them say "will be released by: APR 01 / MARCH 15 / APR 15" etc etc etc. Does that mean that they'll release them before april 1st, etc., if they make the decision by then, or are all decisions mass-dropped on April 1?</p>
