Finished My GE courses at a CC with a couple of unnecessary bumps in the road..

I just finished off all of my IGETC requirements and my grades turned out pretty good. Although for my first two semesters I took a class that i thought would be fun and i kinda bombed them. I took ceramics 1 my first semester and got a D (I thought i was doing pretty good). Then the next semester i took symbolic logic and i got an F (which i thought was really interesting and i was acing all the tests, but the class moved at an impossibly slow rate so i missed a few classes... when i mean a few, i mean quite alotta) Now im staying one more year to get a few more classes in before i transfer (double major physics/Electrical Engineering) and i just wanted to know if there is anything i could do to maybe make those grades look better? I know i can retake the classes, but is there any other option like taking another class like Ceramics 2 or Intro to Logic (at my cc symbolic logic and intro to logic are in the same "discipline" i guess is the word that describes it.)
