And I got into Webb last year and the skool is so nice. they let me spend the night in someone’s dorm and hang out with everyone and one of the admission even drove me halfway home since she lived around there anyways. The people there are so nice. I still feel sort of guilty tho for not going to skool after all that. But yea it’s a good school.

hadeswishe, why is your chance of getting into groton so high? I’m glad someone else here likes Groton though :D

My parents both went to Groton, their parents both went to Groton, and all of their parents went to Groton. Plus, my sister goes to Groton. Also, I am an average applicant, and my grandparents have donated A LOT ( millions) of money. If they did not accept me they would lose their biggest donors… my grandparents wrote a letter.

Shouldn’t you be gadeswisher instead?

wow…

im going to pretend im not jealous :p

i’m going to pretend not to throw up. so much for actually deserving to go.

That sounds almost too good to be true. You are one fortunate child.

Let’s see, wasn’t Groton an all-boys school until around 30-40 years ago? Are you sure both grandparents went there?

I had that exact thought on the bus this morning.

Joke? 10 char

First Choice:Taft! (medium)
Second Choice: NMH!(high?)
Third Choice: Williston (high?)

as i said b4 hadeswisher is a serious joker. he makes comments that are all over the place. He sent me a pm to read my essay (i refused, only allowed 3 people to read it who i actually have full trust in), and he told me that his sister is a major in college. He also told me he would have his educational consultant have a look. Which is bs, bc in his chance thread he clearly stated that he didnt have one. therefore i reatch the conclusion u are a ■■■■■

Three of my cousins went to, and graduted from, Groton in the 60’s and the '70s. Groton was all boys during their years there. It went co-ed in or around 1975, I believe. If so, then it seems most doubtful that hadeswisher’s grandparents, might as well great-grandparents, all attended Groton.
