<p>hmm intersting courses.. here in canada we have applied and academic courses. and IB in some schools. we can take the AP exams but most schools I believe do not have AP courses. And honors courses are unheard of.. that being said the highest average at my school is probably 95? then there's a maybe a douzen or two of low 90s ..</p>

<p>Virtual High School is the spawn of the devil.</p>
<p>It's basically taking a class through the internet... I'm taking a Poli Sci class and there's a ridiculous amount of reading involved. Because the teacher isn't physically there, the class centers around independent study and reading, then discussing in a forum and submitting assignments online. And let me tell you, it's AWFUL. It's so easy to fall behind because it doesn't seem like an actual class, and when you do, it takes forever to get back up.</p>

<p>hey wait I always thouht the univesrities look only at last year's marks. which is true in Canada. But in US do they look at all years?
because i had lika 80, 83, 88 (officially 92 but I duno if they can conclude that from transcript), 93, averages throuhgout highschool</p>
