First Quarter Senior Grades Slipping

I have 3 C’s as of now and I am freaking out.
I made a mistake taking hard classes(for me at least). I have a C in AP Span, AP Calc AB, and Physics (reg).
I’ve never taken AP classes before so I pushed myself to take more but I really don’t have time to do well in all of them.
I’m applying EA to all my schools and the deadlines are before my quarter ends. However, my school sends the Q1 transcript regardless of whether the college wants it or not.
Will my colleges see/ care about Q1 grades, or will they only focus on rigor?
What should I do?

UMD, Rutgers, PSU, NEU, Drexel, Temple, (maybe TCNJ)

PSU doesn’t have EA so I assume you mean “before the priority deadline.” I don’t think they care much about senior grades, though. GPA matters mightily as far as finished grades go, but if they accept you before senior grades are out I think they only care that you graduate.

They may very well care about the grades, and I know they won’t only look at rigor. Try your best to get the grades up close to your cum GPA.

Colleges care about both grades and rigor. Agree with comment above, work hard to get grades up.
