We feel that we are emotionally more prepared for March 10th now. A school kindly just notified us that SculptorKid didn’t get in to their program. Couldn’t believe my eyes. But oh well. One less school to worry about or be disappointed.
Sorry to hear that! Hope it wasn’t the one you were considering a backup!
Thanks! Fortunately no. I wasn’t gullible enough.
Sorry, SculptorDad. I hope that SculptorKid is taking it well. Go see a movie and get some ice cream!
That’s a shame @SculptorDad - it’s tough when you get a rejection first! Stay positive - I really hope that something will work out for your daughter 3/10!!!
Sorry to hear about the rejection letter/ hope it all works out for your family!
Sorry to hear about that, but I believe that the Sculpturekid will find a great place to settle! Just wondering… aren’t the schools notify their applicants together on March 10th? How come to know earlier?
Sorry to hear that.
I say, it’s their loss! They missed a chance to have a wonderful kid in their school.
Keep bracing. ORM+FA combination can be really tough.
@Cemtang, It seems some schools notify earlier or have rolling admission policy.
I have to believe in this one instant there were almost no spots open and if they were they need to keep a certain gender/race balance. Maybe only 5 boys left and no girls.
Best wishes and hoping for good news for your family soon.
So sorry to hear about this, best wishes.
Do not worry, you will have very good outcome! good luck to you and sculptordad!! on M10 :). I am keeping my finger crossed for both of you.
