First thing you should do when you get the UCB admit

Yeah I requested immediately after I saw ERC… this is so lame totally put a damper on my acceptance :frowning: .

Im PLEADING, if you got into Warren and are going to go to some other school PLEASE request a switch to Eleanor Roosevelt College it looks like at least 3 people here could use it

I put Muir as my first choice and I got Marshall. I really don’t think I’m going to UCSD though, so I don’t mind.

^ I’m actually
playing right now stuck behind a crappy foursome.

Follow my initial post and it could
potentially help us out. Thank you

If you are not attending UCSD and have Warren plz let us know :(

i am not attending UCSD who wants ERC???

lol

hahahahaha

LoL, ya pretty funny Jane :p

Ok, I emailed them and got this

"Thank you for your inquiry regarding a change of college assignment.

At this time, we are unable to process requests for college changes from newly admitted Fall freshmen; however, after enrollment, we advise that you speak with your college’s academic advisor regarding the college change petition process at your college. For newly admitted Fall Transfer students, we maintain a list of college change requests and facilitate those that we can accommodate on a one-on-one basis as space permits. That is, if a student from Thurgood Marshall College is requesting a change to Muir College and another transfer student from Muir College requests a change to Thurgood Marshall, we would be able to change their colleges laterally.

That means they received my request right? lol

Not even just Warren, my request is for Warren,Marshall, and muir.

^ yeah I got that e-mail too. I hope I hear within a few weeks, I’m already looking at 3+ years to graduate and if I have to take additional GE’s that will make it even MORE expensive so if thats the case I’m going to have to decline UCSD and take my shot next year at UCLA/CAL for Econ.

@UChopeful, I only put Warren, oh well, good luck to us haha.

Yes it does.

Trading UCLA admission for Warren; that’s how desperate I am lol

I did the opposite of you, I forgoed the chance of getting into ucb/ucla Econ, and instead went engineering ucsd.

lol, UChopeful if I can’t get into Warren I’ll be doing the opposite of you, trading UCSD Engineering for UCLA/UCB Econ (3.87 after this semester all pre-reqs done I THINK i would be competitive).

I think I would have been competitive this year. 4.0, all prereqs for Econ, veteran, and head coach for three different sports teams
for an organization similar
to special
olympics. I was actually going to apply just to prove to myself I could get in, but I realized that would be foolish and I could potentially screw over others.

I think you would have been pretty competitive, if I want to try for UCLA and UCB I need to step up the EC’s haha.
