<p>Getting 21 is not as hard as you might think as long as you can read.
If you can't read and fully understand at least 3 paragraphs in 5~10 minutes, (that means, if you can't read without stopping or getting stuck), then well... it's VERY HARD.
ACT is all about reading. English - reading. Readind- Duh. Math - You still have to read the question. and Science - read the passage to understand the question and graphs.
I think you can miss about 20 on English, Reading and maybe 15 on Science and Math to get 21. But you should aim hire. At least try to get over 25. read books, lots and lots of them.</p>
<p>aren't there special provisions for non-native speakers? like time extension or something? i feel like ive heard of something like this, check out the act web site. i could be wrong.</p>
