First time act taker!! Question help!! December act

So i have a question,

Of course this is theirotically (sp?) speaking

How many questions for the December (using what you think the curve would be) could you miss in each section to get a 21-23?

My God brother from china arrived 2 years ago and needs a 21 to get accepted into KU.

Any help would be appreciated!!

please.. someone help?!?!

Getting 21 is not as hard as you might think as long as you can read.
If you can't read and fully understand at least 3 paragraphs in 5~10 minutes, (that means, if you can't read without stopping or getting stuck), then well... it's VERY HARD.
ACT is all about reading. English - reading. Readind- Duh. Math - You still have to read the question. and Science - read the passage to understand the question and graphs.
I think you can miss about 20 on English, Reading and maybe 15 on Science and Math to get 21. But you should aim hire. At least try to get over 25. read books, lots and lots of them.

aren't there special provisions for non-native speakers? like time extension or something? i feel like ive heard of something like this, check out the act web site. i could be wrong.

Me personally, i have gone to school here (steadily anyway) for six years.

Im looking for a 30+ on the ACT. (Not going to happen. 1. First Time. 2. SCience part was...I dont want to talk about it.

My brother however, is still in ESL english and just wants to get accepted into KU,

I was just wondering what you would have to get correct to have a 21 in each section.

Any help would still be appreciated.
