Florida schools for an OOS student?

From Arizona. So... I've heard Florida schools are particularly selective for OOS students. Would like chances, if that's okay..

Stats:
GPA: 3.61 (uw) upward trend, 2.8 uw freshman year.
APs!: AP Lang & Comp (predicted score: 5), AP Government (predicted score: 4/5), AP Macroecon (predicted score: 3/4)..My senior year I will be taking AP Physics B, AP Bio, DE Pre-calc H, AP Lit
Honors: World History, Biology, English 1-2/3-4, Geometry
SAT: 1920. only taken once. (CR: 680, M: 630, W: 610)
ACT: 29

ECS:
Mock Trial--joined as a sophomore, currently secretary of the club. We also won our state tournament and are preparing to go to Nationals in Indiana. I also was placed on the Arizona All-State team, which is like, based on best performances in each round. We currently meet for 10+ hours a week. I will no doubt be president next year.
Low level competitive horse back rider: I started riding my freshman year, currently have a horse and we are competing at low level dressage shows..
Volunteering: 50+ hours at a local hospital. 25-50 hours at Horses Help, which is a therapeutic horse barn for special needs children, as well as adults.
SOFS: Society of Female Scholars, GPA based (3.5 and above) community service club. I am also an "honorary member" as I completed 4+ activities per semester.

Chance for:
UF
FSU
UCF
New College

(Also, my parents did like, the prepaid college plan for me as I was born in Florida. Not sure if this helps or hurts--probably hurts, as I won't be paying tuition.)
Thanks guys! :)

UF: High match
FSU: Match
UCF: Low match
New College: Low match

thanks! any one else…?

ah. i am bumping. sorry fellows.

Hey. Guarantee you get into UCF and FSU and New College. You may even get a small scholarship. UF is a toss up. They denied someone I know had a 2300 SAT and 4.4 GPA. The only guaranteed to get in are those in the top 10. Those who sign up for Innovation Academy have a much better chance at getting in as well, in my experience. If you don’t have preference at this point, just set your sights on FSU or UCF and if you get accepted to UF, strongly consider it.

Also it helps you are a woman, and im not even kidding. No man outside my school’s top 10 got in without signing up for Innovation Academy.

that’s weird you say that…considering the F to M ratio is around 55% female/45% male… might just be your own experience!

random bump! woo eee
