<p>Can anyone tell me how the dining hall is at Fairfield? And the food quality? I do not eat any refined sugar, wheat or dairy for health reasons and I was wondering if I could do that easily at Fairfield. I was accepted, and am trying to decide where to go and the food might play a role in my decision.</p>
<p>I know someone who choose Fairfield and is gluten free. Not sure how they are working it out but they love being there. Call their dining director and ask lots of questions.</p>
