Food run

So this isn't that important, but is there any website that plans bus rides for you? I want to go to yoshinoya (as stupid as it sounds) on Santa Monica BLVD from UCLA. Seeing how i don't have a car, and how i'm sick of of the same dorm food already, was wondering how can i get there?

(if anybody can actual how to get there by riding the bus..I'd be happy :D )

Google Maps gives you the option to see directions by public transit.

Judging from the Big Blue Bus route map I have lying around here, the #1 or #11 bus would be your best bet. You should double check though, I havent been on the LA buses yet so I cant speak from experience.

Good luck getting an 11

Take the 1 (Big Blue Bus); don’t ever use Google Maps Public transit planner.

see bigbluebus.com for the schedule, they’re pretty frequent during the day

google maps does not have la metro system. use the trip planner on [metro.net | Transit Services and Information for Los Angeles County](http://www.mta.net)

(MTA has metro, bbb, and culver city)

yelp is your friend for finding better places than yoshinoya… tried gushi?

Use the blue bus that way it’s only a quarter (w/ BruinCard) for your fare!

They don’t really have a trip planner or anything, so you kinda have to just look at the route maps/stops listing and go from there.
System map: [Welcome to the Big Blue Bus](<a href=“Error 404 (Not Found) - Big Blue Bus”>Error 404 (Not Found) - Big Blue Bus)
Bus routes: [Welcome to the Big Blue Bus](<a href=“Error 404 (Not Found) - Big Blue Bus”>Error 404 (Not Found) - Big Blue Bus)

This site will plan trips for you anywhere in the LA area: [TripMaster Main Page](http://socaltransport.org/)

But yeah, looking at the location of Yoshinoya, I would take Big Blue Bus #1 / #11 or Culver City Bus #6
