Overseas football is not popular in the least in this country. MLS? NPSL? MISL? Puhleeze!

I like to watch some soccer clips on YouTube, but I find the games very boring.

GLORY GLORY MAN UNITED!!
GLORY GLORY MAN UNITED!!
GLORY GLORY MAN UNITED!!

AND THE REDS GO MARCHING ON...

seriously though...**** chelsea

Soccer is an incredibly boring sport. I'm talking more-than-baseball boring.

i like very much manchester united he is my favorite team so who is your best player ??????

i want to tell abcb7099 that football is not a boring sport

That's a matter of opinion.

My opinion just happens to be correct ;)

Baseball is the most boring and dull sport you have ever seen.
Football and wrestling are the most interesting ones. But I was grown in Europe so don't count me :D

I agree with you mr_chipset, but only if you're talking about real football, not that nancy-kickball stuff you guys like to call football across the pond. :p

soccer is boring. American football is boring and baseball is even more boring. But the most boring and infuriating sport of them all is none other than drumroll...GOLF! That one just drives me totally nuts.
but it's all a matter of opinion.

Two words...Zinedine Zidane! At 34 years old, he took Ronaldinho to school and practically single handedly led France to its second World cup finals in 8 years. I still think he should return for another 4 years of international competition.

Zidane is my favorite player. He absolutely owned the 2006 World Cup.

To bad he lost the 2006 World Cup! Scott Norwood also owned the 1991 Super Bowl by your logic.

Eh, let's ignore the fact that France would have won if Zidane had stayed in the game. And when I said "fact" I did in fact, mean "fact."

He did own the Cup, he won the Golden Ball, and put up one hell of a performance. I don't think anyone's going to forget it. Did Scott Norwood win anything equivalent to the Golden Ball? Didn't think so, because in (american) football there's no equivalent. I think a lot of people would say Zidane stole much of the spotlight. Just don't ask the italians.

A lot of soccer-hating on CC, that's a shame.

Joev, he lost nothing. Italians are known for their dirty game. Obviously, Zidane should have kept his cool, but what is done is done. French football is going to remain great, but Zidane was in a league of his own. I would say he is comparable to Pele and Maradona.

That match was the only match I watched in the world cup. It was boring. I was bored out of my mind! - except in the last few minutes when Zidane lost it - it just went on and on and no one was doing anything new!

Whether or not he was called a terrorist, that headbutt was still sweet!

I'm a Chelsea (aka: the best team in football) fan. Yeah, that's right.
