Football recruits at the Notre Dame game?

We have discussed this game, and its awesomeness/bodaciousness, but we have not touched on a very important point; recruits in attendance. I am fairly certain that Da'Shawn Hand (one of the top 5 HS seniors in the nation) was at the game. I read somewhere that it only makes sense for Hand to end up in the Mitten State! ;)

Does anybody know what other 2014 or 2015 recruits were on hand? Ok, not more Hand references, I promise.

Regardless of which recruits showed up, I think the magical atmosphere, the 115,000 fans present at the stadium and the outcome of the game are going to make Michigan very hard to pass up.

What is Mitten State? Is that Michigan Second University?

There were over 40 recruits there. Not gonna take the time to list them all out but basically any big recruit you’d think of was in attendance, save Peppers because of a scheduling conflict. So that includes Hand, McDowell, Lattimore, Smith, Cornell, Wheatly, Weber, Alabi, etc.

Why would it take time to list them all out? You just need to copy and paste from scout or rivals premium board  Summarizing probably took you more time.

I looked at Scout and Rivals bearcats. They have not yet released this information. And I am not merely looking at the list, but at their comments. I suppose we’ll have to wait a little. Clearly, any recruit that attended the game will walk away with Michigan at the top of his list. The $100 million Ross donation to the athletic programs can only help. We are looking very bright for the future of our Football program.

Not according to bearcats.

Alex- you need a premium subscription for either to get the actual visitors list. It’s been out for a while, but I’m not going to post paywalled information here.

I am sure there were all kinds of recruits at this game. When D was recruited for her sport, it was a big game (not as big as Notre Dame). This weekend her team hosted recruits, too.

Not gonna lie…after that experience, my non football watching D was a convert. Football, Michigan, the whole Michigan Difference thing.

maizeandblue21, I have a premium subscription to Rivals. Maybe I am not looking hard enough!

My understanding is that, over all sports, there were on the order of 130 recruits in attendance.
