Football Tickets arrived in the mail today

I got my tickets today in the mail.
I'm only 20 minutes from Ann Arbor so that is why I got mine so early.
Very happy about the seat placement.
I went from row 87 as a freshman to row 37!

Where is everyone else sitting?

I didn’t get mine, but I’m in the UP and a freshman

I am a junior but transferring so I’ll have to sit in the back. :frowning: I live about 20 minutes away too so I probably got mine, but I am in Florida to the 10th so they’ll probably just sit until I get home.

I hate to tell you this blackpen2008, but in my opinion it’s much better to be higher up in Michigan Stadium than lower. The big improvement would be a better section more towards the the yard lines and away from the end zone. Just ask anyone who sits in the first 40 rows or so about their overall visibility of the field.

I got mine yesterday! Section 33, row 86. I have a good idea of how high up row 86 is, as I’m somewhat familiar with the stadium, but I’m worried section 33 is behind the goalpost.

Yep section 33 is behind the goal posts. The good news is that you’re way up near the top. You’ll be able to see everything. :-)

novi

I’m in section 29, so it should be o.k. for visibility.

Lol just wondering…how much do these tickets cost O_o

About $200 for season tickets. I think I paid $210 to get a t-shirt, too. What’s the deal with those?

^^^They will be yellow. You’ll wear them on maize out days for sure.

I agree blackpen2008. Section 29 is decent and you’re just about high enough up off the field. They are definitely better than being behind the goal posts!

I am an incoming freshman and I got my tickets on Thursday! I’m in Section 27 Row 95. Is Section 27 a good section?

Any chance I can still buy season tickets?

nope, but you can buy them individually.

aajc, there are only 2-5 rows behind you, but section 27 is around the 5 yard line, I believe, so you should have a good view of the entire field, although not necessarily the ball.

Well, at least I’m not in the very last row. I honestly thought I was going to be seated in the top row. What are some other good sections for freshman/UMich students in general, besides for Section 27?

Get ready for another losing season!

Please, R-Katt, go away and never talk again. You don’t know **** about UM football. We will win 6-7 games and then win a bowl game. If you want to learn a ton about Michigan football go to mgoblog.com.

I got my tickets on Friday, and I live in Massachusetts…

There will be times during Welcome Week to pick up your Maize-Out shirts. Remember to bring your voucher. Last year, I got to CCRB to pick up my shirt, but I had forgotten my voucher. It was annoying to walk all the way back to my apartment in that heat.

The student section is, roughly speaking, sections 26-33. 26 is closer to the 50 yard line, and 33 is pretty much directly behind the goal post.
